Wiltshire College

SN15 2NY

Wiltshire college was formed in 2000. It has since merged with Salisbury College, becoming in January 2008 the main provider of further and higher education in Wiltshire. It operates across four main campuses throughout the county, attracting over 3000 full-time and over 6000 part-time students.

The BTEC Extended Diploma Countryside Management Course is based at the Lackham Campus near Chippenham. This practical orientated course allows students to specialised in either Game-keeping and Fisheries, Woodland and Arboretums, or Conservation and Ecology. The Lackham campus is set in the Lackham House estate and includes a farm and 15 acres of woodland. The college also has links with local employers and work sites that provides further hands on work experience opportunities.
